Chase Norlin
CEO, Pixsy Corporation
Mr. Norlin is the CEO of Pixsy Corporation, the leading B2B provider of video and image syndication. Mr. Norlin has spent the last 15 years in the Internet and digital media industries. Prior to Pixsy, Mr. Norlin served as a senior executive at ValueClick (NASDAQ:VCLK) where he managed publisher distribution for the display advertising network, paid search, and comparison shopping divisions with responsibility for over $6M in annual revenue.
Prior to ValueClick, Mr. Norlin held the position of Senior Business Development Consultant to InfoSpace (NASDAQ:INSP) charged with publisher distribution and emerging applications for the paid search division. Previously, Mr. Norlin developed Sony's first online photo sharing venture and founded the web's first video sharing company ShareYourWorld. Mr. Norlin also served as an EIR at Boeing Ventures in launching Boeing's (NYSE:BA) online video and image licensing division.
Mr. Norlin has served on the advisory board of CampusPoint and currently serves on the advisory boards of AdBid Central, VideoThang, Platform264, PickupPal and Adgregate. He was also instrumental in the PR launch of iGirl, one of the most successful mobile entertainment applications in the world. He received his BA from UC Berkeley and MA from The University of Chicago and is a regular speaker on video syndication, online advertising, and search. Recent speaking engagements include the Goldman Sachs 9th Annual Global Media Conference, Goldman Sachs 17th Annual Communacopia Conference, NATPE, NAB, and PubCon.
Richard Lerz
President and Chief Operating Officer, Pixsy Corporation
As a veteran entrepreneur of technology corporations, Mr. Lerz brings extensive business and technical expertise to his leadership role as the President and COO of Pixsy Corporation.
Prior to Pixsy, Mr. Lerz was the founder of CentralPoint Corporation, creator of the Secure Internet File System (SIFS), a powerful file system used by the research and academic markets for enabling secure collaboration over public networks. Additionally, Mr. Lerz was the Founder and CEO of Dataform Corporation for more than 10 years. Dataform provided large-scale, centralized networks specifically for HIPAA-compliant companies.
Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Lerz applied his technology leadership at Microsoft, where he architected the technical infrastructure for Terra Flora, Microsoft’s first technical marketing center. Terra Flora was designed to showcase the technical release of Microsoft Windows NT Server and Microsoft BackOffice, which later became a center for partner and vendor product integration with Microsoft technologies and worldwide marketing.
Mr. Lerz has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
Sean Anderson
Chief Software Architect (CSA), Pixsy Corporation
Mr. Anderson is a technology developer and innovator, with technical achievements including: leading the Special Applications Development Team for MSNBC's Summer Olympics and the Presidential Election in 1996; developing the patented ‘Live Vote’ application for Microsoft and MSNBC; developing the secret agent online game for Paramount Pictures' “Mission Impossible: 2”; and developing applications for two of the “Need for Speed” websites for Electronic Arts.
As Pixsy’s Chief Software Architect, Mr. Anderson is charged with creating the systems and processes that maintain Pixsy's performance and leadership position in the media search space.
Prior to joining Pixsy, Mr. Anderson served as CTO and Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Allyis, Inc., a Seattle-area technology consulting company. He also served as a Principal of Anderson Technical Publishing, LLC.
Mr. Anderson holds a Masters Degree from Western Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University.
